KHAIRPUR: President district bar association Khairpur Manzoor Hussain Ansari had filed objection against former sindh chief minister Sayed Qaim Ali Shah who has filed his nomination paper for PS-29 Khairpur-1.
The DBA president in his application has charged that during his tenure Syed Qaim Ali Shah, posted his son Sayed Liaqat Ali Shah as civil surgeon Khairpur and a dispenser of health departments Niaz Ali Janwari as administrator TMA Khairpur who did corruption of billion rupees.
He also appointed many other people including Raza Burdi, a junior clerk as taluka Mukhtiarkar Revenue Khairpur and his servant Mazhar Mangnhar alias Machhar, who was serving as junior clerk, as Mukhtiarkar revenue.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah along with his consul appeared before the returning officer who directed him to appear again on Saturday before him in this regard.
