FAISALABAD: Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) Chairman Sahibzada Haji Muhammad Fazal Karim was laid to rest here at Jamia Rizvia graveyard, near Jhang bazaar on Tuesday.
Sheikh Al-Hadees, Mufti Muhammad Sharif Rizvi of Bhakkar led the funeral prayer offered at Dhobi Ghat ground.
Sahibzada Fazal Karim was suffering from lever ailment since long and passed away at Allied Hospital on Monday.
Hundreds of thousand of people belonging to different walks of life including PML-Q Chief Ch Shujaat Hussain, Pakistan Sunni Tehrik (PST) Chief Sarwat Ijaz Qadri, maulana Faiz Rasool, maulana Shamshad ul Haq, Sahibzada Mahboob Sultan, maulana Fazal Rasool,former MNAs, MPAs, govt. officers ,traders, industrialists, Sunni Ittehad Council workers, relatives and friends attended the funeral prayer.
