ANTIGUA: The United States and Venezuela Wednesday agreed to try to end more than two years of testy ties and put relations on a better footing, US Secretary of State John Kerry said.
"We agreed today, both of us, Venezuela and the United States, that we would like our countries to find a new way forward, establish a more positive relationship," Kerry told reporters, after meeting his Venezuelan counterpart Elias Jaua.
