HYDERABAD: Sindh High Court Hyderabad Circuit Bench has stayed the appointment of Dr Khalid Qureshi as the Medical Superintendent of Civil Hospital Hyderabad.
Justice Abdul Rasool Memon here on Monday issued notices to Chief Secretary Sindh, Secretary Health Sindh, Secretary Services and General Administration.
Petitioner's counsel Ayaz Latif Palijo told the court that Qureshi was facing investigation on various corruption charges during his previous tenure as the MS of the Civil Hospital.
The petition has been filed by Latif Otho, an employee of the Civil Hospital.
