ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif on Saturday visited flood-affected areas of Narowal district of Punjab.
The prime minister took an aerial view of the flooded villages.
Later, he distributed cheques amounting to Rs500,000 each among families of those killed in the rain-triggered floods.
PM Sharif was told that 200 villages had been affected by floods, causing losses worth million of rupees.
