Addressing a public meeting in connection with the electoral campaign for the August 22 by elections, the ANP chief said that Imran Khan should force his government in the KPK to set down over the humiliating Bannu jail break incident.

At least six people were killed, including five policemen as the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) launched a late night assault on the prison in Dera Ismail Khan on July 30, in which nearly 250 prisoners managed to escape.

Four policemen were put behind bars on August 10, for their negligence in the attack by the TTP.
