RAWALPINDI: A Pakistan Army officer Captain Sarfraz embraced shahadat due to Indian troops unprovoked shelling last night at Shakma sector (near Skardu) on Line of Control (LOC), a military official said on Wednesday.
Another soldier Sepoy Yasin was seriously wounded as a result of unprovoked shelling by Indian troops.
According to the official sources, Indian troops resorted to unprovoked firing on Tuesday night at 2315 Hrs.
Pakistani troops responded effectively to Indian unprovoked firing. Exchange of fire continued till 0215 Hrs after midnight.
