LAHORE: Pakistan People?s Party (PPP) senior leader Senator Chauhdry Aitzaz Ahsan has said that President Asif Ali Zardari?s presidential immunity will end with his retirement at the end of September 8th midnight.
Aitzaz Ahsan said in his informal talks with media in Lahore that there was nothing left in cases against Asif Ali Zardari as most of the co-accused had been acquitted in those cases by the courts.
President Zardari reached in Lahore?s Bilawal House via helicopter this evening. Aitzaz Ahsan and many other PPP leaders with party activists welcomed President Zardari at his new residence.
President Zardari briefly addressed the PPP leaders and workers, immediately after arrival at Bilawal House.
