imageAccording to English media reports Warner Bros. Studios with ‘Harry Potter’ producer David Heyman is in talks to bring the popular Smartphone game ‘Temple Run’ to the big screen.

The film will reportedly centre on the premise of the game, which tells the story of an explorer who is chased by an angry temple dweller after stealing an idol from him.

Heyman shares a longstanding bond with the studio. The two have produced eight Potter films together and even Sandra Bullock’s blockbuster film ‘Gravity’.

The Smartphone game, developed and published by Imangi Studios, is amongst the best-selling apps in the world.

Recently another popular videogame franchise ‘Angry Birds’ has also garnered interested from Hollywood. An animated film on the game is expected to release in 2016.
