ISLAMABAD: Full Court Reference on the eve of retirement of Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was held here in the Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The Full Court Reference was attended by the outgoing CJP, the Chief Justice Designate Justice Tassaduq Hussain Jillani and all the judges of the apex court.
Besides Registrar Supreme Court, the Full Court Reference was also attended by the Attorney General for Pakistan, Vice Chairman Pakistan Bar Council (PBC), President and the elected members of Supreme Court Bar Association of Pakistan (SCBAP), all the four provincial Advocate Generals and a large number of lawyers of the apex court and lawyers from different bar councils of the country.
During the Full Court Reference the AGP, vice chairman PBC, president SCBAP and CJP designate paid rich tributes to the outgoing Chief Justice of Pakistan.
