KARACHI: Federal Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal will inaugurate ' The Cities and Us ' Pakistan Urban Forum's South Asian Cities Conference- 2014 on Friday ( Jan.10) here at the Frere Hall.
The conference that will bring together prominent government leaders, community based organisations, urban activists, corporate leadership, practitioners and academics, will discuss issues related to urban development of South Asian cities, said a release here on Thursday.
The three-day conference that will continue till Sunday (Jan. 12). The project has been organized Sindh Planning and Development Department in collaboration with South Asia Institute of Harvard University , Urban Unit of Government of Punjab and the Institute of Architects- Pakistan.
