imageISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal has said that government is making all out efforts to revive economic activities in the country and for this, steps are being taken to achieve the objectives.

He said that Pakistan is moving towards rule of law which is guarantee to bring improvement in the economic and development sectors.

Talking to a private television channel, he said: "No one is above the law under the Constitution of the country."

Federal Minister said that no proper attention was paid during the period of past regimes for the construction of any power project in the country.

Ahsan Iqbal said that any elements using the power of national institutions for personal interest would not be spared according to law.

Replying to a question regarding Musharraf, he said that court will decide the matter.

He said that the world community is looking towards Pakistan for seeking business and investment opportunities.

He said that present government is making all out efforts to ensure rule of law, supremacy of the constitution and revival of the economy for the betterment of the common man.
