PESHAWAR: Senior Leader PML and former Minister Salim Saifullah Khan has thanked Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for releasing funds for the ongoing uplift projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and in southern districts.
Talking to elders of southern districts here, Salim Saifullah Khan said that federal government has expedited work on on-going uplift projects including Kurram- Tangi Dam and all mega projects under Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) besides provision of sui-gas facility to all areas of the province.
Salim Saifullah said that timely completion of these developmental projects would change the lot of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and would end deprivation of the people.
Moreover, he went on to add that it was very important for the province to have close coordination with the federal government so as to address the long-standing issues in the province and to give maximum relief to the people.
He appreciated the measures taken by the federal government.
