HANGU: Unidentified anti-education elements on Saturday blew up a government primary school for boys in Thorawri area here, however no casualty was reported in the incident.
Police said unknown persons had planted six improvised explosive devices (IEDs) in the building of school that went off.
As a result, the building of school was completely destroyed.
The Police said that three of the IEDs went off while three others were later defused by the Bomb Disposal Squad.
No one was present in the school at the time of blasts.
Anti-state elements have so far destroyed scores of schools, especially of girls in the area during recent years.
