Karachi KARACHI: At least twenty one people have been injured in a hand grenade attack in the Napier Road are of the city on Saturday. Initial reports suggest that the blast occurred after unknown persons threw the hand grenade.

The injured are said to be in critical condition. The area is said to be a busy part of the metropolis as hotels and eateries are open till the wee hours of the morning. The injured are being shifted to the Civil Hospital.
