imageISLAMABAD: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and Deputy Speaker Murtaza Javed Abbasi Wednesday strongly condemned the blast at Sabzi Mandi that caused loss of precious lives and injuries to many.

In their messages, they termed the blast as an cowardly act by saying the terrorists are enemy of the country and would not succeed in their nefarious designs.

They prayed that Allah Almighty may rest the soul of those died in the blast in eternal peace and give courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.

Speaker and deputy speaker expressed sympathies with the bereaved families.

The blast took place in the busy morning hours when dozen of people gather at the market in the federal capital's sector I-11.
