TAIPEI: Taiwan auctioned T$40 billion ($1.32 billion) of 10-year government bonds at a yield of 1.725 percent, the central bank said on Tuesday.
Auction demand for the government debt totaled T$67.3 billion, according to the central bank.
The result was below the forecast range in a Reuters poll for a yield of between 1.733 percent and 1.755 percent.
