FAISALABAD: The district police have made security arrangements under which 9,319 officials would be deployed at Eid congregations across the district.
As man as 1,859 Eid congregations will be held at mosques and 313 at Eidgahs and open places for which strict security measures have been taken, said police sources here Saturday.
In this regard, a control room has also been set up at RPO's office for monitoring security arrangements.
Meanwhile, Regional Police Officer Muhammad Ihsan Tufail has directed officers to implement Eid security plan effectively.
