‘Sherlock’ star Benedict Cumberbatch has revealed that he has left smoking one month back and it’s really helping him to stay healthy. Actor admitted that even though he finds it super tough to be healthy when he’s hopping all over the world.
According to media reports Cumberbatch said, “I’ve given up smoking. Although I shouldn't say that, because if I ever have a cigarette again and it'll be all over the place, 'Oh he lied’. But, touch wood, I haven't smoked for a month now and it's really helping”.
“I try to eat healthy; I try not to eat late at night although that's hard right now with the yo-yoing all over the world. It really helps that I have a lot of great people around me to try and check that I'm doing well”, he added.
Benedict Cumerbatch will be seen next in an upcoming epic fantasy adventure film ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ along with Evengeline Lily, Martin Freeman and Christopher Lee among others. Directed by Peter Jackson the movie will hit theater on December 1.
