Khurshid Shah calls on Sindh Governor

KARACHI: Federal Minister Syed Khurshid Ahmed Shah called on Sindh Governor, Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan, at the Governor House here on Sunday evening.

According to a statement, the on-going situation as well as various issues of importance came up for discussion on the occasion.

The Minister said that the federal government will extend every possible assistance to the province for ensuring maintenance of law and order in the province and for the process of political harmony.

Khurshid Shah and Governor Dr. Ebad said that betterment in law and order in Karachi is in the interest of the entire country and that it would lead to investment and spurring economic activities.

This would also lead to prosperity in the country, they further stated.
