imageISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms Prof. Ahsan Iqbal on Thursday said that government and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would reach on final solution on Judicial Commission and all other matters through dialogue soon.

"Government is committed to form judicial commission proposed by PTI to investigate the administrative irregularities and to check,if level playing fields was not provided to all political parties," he said.

Ahsan Iqbal said that there was no any plan of rigging but some lack of training by the election staff occured in the elections 2013. He stated this while talking to media after launching of national "Annual Statues of Education Report (ASER) Pakistan-2012" here .

"If Returning Officers (ROs) were unknowing involved in any irregularities during the elections- 2013, Pakistan Muslim League -N was not in power," he said.

Ahsan Iqbal said, "Government is ready to form judicial commission within 24 hours but PTI's insists on some issues, which are contrary to the Constitution."

He said the government considered religious Madaris like other educational institutions, but sectarianism and extremism would not accepted by any quarter.

"We want to remove concerns of religious parties and Wafaaq-Ul- Madaaris on special Courts and these courts will not victimize the Madaaris instead they would penalize the terrorists".

Ahsan Iqbal also congratulated the Chairman,PTI on his new marriage and hoped for best in his future life and political career.

The Minister said that the present time is called "Knowledge Revolution Era" where we only can compete with the glob through knowing all advancement of the technology.

"We have potential to grab the attention of the world and we should be well aware about the new inventions in this regard," he added.

Ahsan Iqbal said the government was committed to bring change by investing in our youth and encourage education in science and technologies as the drivers of change in Pakistan.

He said that the government initiated the vision 2010 to evolve the future strategy of the country, which was not followed by Musharraf's regime.

He added that only Higher Education Commission (HEC) was established, according to the vision, which gave huge potential in filed of education to the nation.

He further said, "The Science Talent farming Scheme is one of the initiatives of vision 2025, which is our national transformation program.

We are looking forward to produce 500 top science talents every year having capacity of breakthrough technology and research."

He said that 500 talented science students will become scientists, technologists and IT entrepreneurs through well structured and well planned science talent program".

The government of Punjab already inducted 25,000 science teachers in last two years which had improved the qualitative aspect of our education.

He said that Technology Innovation Fund of Rs one billion had been established to industry and agriculture related Research for Ph.D scholars for promoting innovation.
