Biopic titled as ‘MS Dhoni-The Untold Story’ based on the real life story of Indian captain MS Dhoni is making its place in rumors since its first look was released. Now a special track will pay tribute to Indian cricket team in the most anticipated match of World Cup.
Director Neeraj Pandey, a cricket freak himself has worked day and night on a song titled as ‘Phir se’ to get the video and the song ready before this upcoming World Cup.
This video song will be launched on February 15, 2015 on the biggest battle between Pak-India. This song will make up the mood of team India to revise the history of victory in the World Cup 2011.
According to Indian media reports, CEO Fox Star Vijay Singh stated, “It is a high octane tribute song that the team of the film is dedicating to the Indian cricket team - an anthem to celebrate & support Team India”.
While discussing the dedication of the people who worked on this song director Neeraj Pandey said, “The idea was to sum up the mood and emotion for the entire nation. ‘Phir Se' is an anthem, plea, prayer, dream all rolled in one. And MM Kreem (composer) and Manoj Muntashir (lyricist) have done this beautifully.”
Sushant Singh Rajput will portray Dhoni in his biopic. He is very excited and enthusiastic to play lead in a biopic based on most celebrated Indian captain. According to Indian media reports he said, “‘Phir Se' is our tribute to the inherent passion our players have for the country and the love we have towards our own team. We just want to tell it to them through this wonderful track that they have always made us proud and we always are with them unconditionally”.
