Team India is preparing hard to face their biggest opponent Pakistan in this World Cup 2015. Pakistan-India clash will take place on Sunday, February 15 at Adelaide, Oval.
Pakistan’s tallest bowler Mohammad Irfan seems to be a big danger for Indian team. Irfan is a Pakistani left-arm fast bowler who has confirmed his height to be approximately 7’1”. One of the inventions that Indian players made to practice against giant Irfan was the ‘two bench theory’.
According to Indian media reports, Indian team is using stools to get to the height where possibly normal player can’t reach. One member from the management climbs up on the bench and then thrown down the deliveries to batsman which results in something a tall person have delivered. It was Virat Kohli who batted the most for more an hour on the same height.
Pakistani player Mohammad Irfan is one of the finest bowlers who have an ability to turn the game in Pakistan’s favor.
According to ESPN, former Indian player Rahul Dravid has warned Indian team to beware of Irfan. He said, “The key player from Pakistan is Mohammad Irfan. Having watched him bowl just recently, I believe he is going to pose a challenge to the Indian batsmen”.
