imageAustralia and England are facing off each other at Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on Saturday February 14. Australia has just finished their batting innings setting a target of 343 for England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.

England Steven Finn finishes the first innings with a hat-trick. He bangs one in short and Mitchell Johnson, knowing a boundary is the best bet to finish, instead slaps it straight to Anderson at mid-off. Finn finishes the innings with three consecutive wickets from three consecutive slogs.

Australia has previously met England six times in the World Cup and has won four against it including the final in 1987, while England who since 1992 failed to win any of the knockout matches.

For Australia this game is to prove that they can guard their status as pre-favorites and England is playing to be a threat for others in any given day.
