WARSAW: Poland's state development bank BGK placed 4-year bonds in a private placement on Thursday worth 1.4 billion zlotys ($382.92 million), the bank's director for financial markets, Mariusz Grab, said in a statement.
"Due to significant interest from investors, the bank increased the initially planned sales value, which was 1 billion zlotys," Grab said.
The bank also said it plans to issue around 500 million euros worth of debt in the middle of this year to finance the country's road-building fund.
