KIEV: Ukraine has exported 24.0 million tonnes of grain since July 1, 0.4 percent more than in the same period a year earlier, the agriculture ministry said on Wednesday.
This includes 9.1 million tonnes of wheat, 10.8 million tonnes of maize and 3.9 million tonnes of barley, it said in a statement.
The ministry has said Ukrainian grain exports are likely to rise to about 37 million tonnes this season from 32.8 million in the previous season.
Ukraine harvested 63.8 million tonnes of grain in 2014.
