SARGODHA: President Pakistan Hockey Federation Akhtar Rasool has nominated Fayyaz Hingra as regional hockey chairman Sargodha.
According to a notification, Pakistan Hockey Federation has nominated Rana Shuja Iqbal as chairman of Rawalpindi region, Ghazanfar Ali of Gujranwala, Rana Atif of Faisalabad, Muhammad Danish Kaleem of Sahiwal, Anjam Saeed of Lahore, Abdul Waheed Arain of Multan, Mehr Muhammad Riaz of Bahawalpur, while Shaikh Haroon Saeed has been nominated as regional Hockey chairman of D.G Khan.
Director sports, University of Sargodha, Mehr Ahmed Khan and district Hockey Association have appreciated the nominations of the regional chairmen and said that it would help in the promotion of hockey at regional level.
