imagePESHAWAR: Speaker, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly, Asad Qaiser has said that special concentration is being made on the beautification of Peshawar city and billions of rupees are being spent for the purpose.

He was addressing a gathering of the trading community in the office of Peshawar Chamber of Small Traders and Industries here at Nishtarabad on Thursday.

On this occasion, Haji Haleem Jan, Ihtesham Haleem and Malik Mehr Elahi were also present.

The Speaker, KP Assembly said that the country is facing numerous challenges and in this situation, the general public and trading community have rendered matchless sacrifices.

About the ongoing anti-encroachment operation in the city, the Speaker assured that he will talk to Chief Minister, concerned minister, Divisional Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner to held meeting with trading community in this regard.

In response to other problems highlighted by the trading community, the Speaker urged the traders for presenting their problems in written form to concerned standing committee of the house.

The trading community expressed gratitude to Speaker Asad Qaiser for taking interest in the resolution of their problems and assured him full cooperation.
