MULTAN: Police claimed on Friday to have arrested 66 criminals including 60 proclaimed offenders in a drive against anti-social elements across the district.
According to police, police conducted raids at various locations and arrested 60 proclaimed offenders who were wanted by police in different cases of dacoity, robbery, theft and other crimes.
Police have also apprehended five drug peddlers and one illegal weapon holders and recovered five litre liquor, five pistols and 12 bullets from their possession.
Cases have been registered against the accused.
