Sindh CM condemns firing on a bus carrying policemen at Korangi
KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister, Syed Qaim Ali Shah, on Saturday strongly condemned the incident of firing by unidentified persons on a bus carrying policemen at Chakra Goth Korangi on Friday evening.
In a statement, the Sindh CM expressed deep sorrow and grief over deaths and injuries suffered by the police personnel in the incident.
Syed Qaim Ali Shah said the terrorists and miscreants want to upset tranquillity in the city which would not be allowed.
Those elements which are involved in creating disturbance in the city would be dealt in accordance with the law.
He also condoled with the bereaved families of those cops who embraced martyrdom in Chakra Goth incident.
He also directed Sindh Secretary Health and JPMC authorities to ensure provision of better medical treatment to the wounded police personnel.
