ISLAMABAD: Minister of State for Privatization Muhammad Zubair Thursday said the present government has taken historic decisions for restoration of peace and to bring foreign investment in the country.
Talking to a news channel, the minister said the government of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), after coming into power, has taken bold decisions against the menace of terrorism with the consensus of all the political parties.
He appreciated the role of all institutions for improving law and order situation in the country and building confidence of foreign investors.
Muhammad Zubair said the government is taking all the major decisions regarding National Action Plan (NAP), operation Zarb-e-Azb, Karachi operation and China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) by taking all the stakeholders on board.
He said that operation in Karachi is being carried out without any discrimination which would be continued till achievement of all the set targets.
The government is also taking action against those who are promoting sectarianism in the society, he maintained.
