Pakistan’s most beloved Army chief General Raheel Sharif has been receiving enormous love from the people of Pakistan. Recently, a group of people in Islamabad have earmarked a piece of land to build a mosque in his name.
According to local media reports, Safdar Khokhar, who is also the chairman of Tehreek-i-Nijat Qabza Mafia in the area said, “We have decided to name it after the army chief because he is a national hero and working against corruption, land mafias and rogue elements across the country. We hope that the army chief would be able to do in Islamabad what he has already done in Karachi”.
Reportedly, a piece of land belonging to Safdar has been allocated for the mosque. Safdar told that the whole locality would be contributing to establish the mosque and the seminary.
This will be first ever mosque to be build in the name of serving General Army Chief.
