KARACHI: On Wednesday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 32983.22 with a positive change of 191.51 and volume of 51,312,690 shares.
High and Low were 33054.99 and 32791.71 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 97,497,670 shares with 274 total traded companies out of which 184 were up, 78 were down and 12 were unchanged.
COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 22,447,700 shares. It was followed by INV. BANKS / INV. COS. / SECURITIES COS. with a total traded volume of 12,859,500 shares.
The three top traded companies were Silk Bank Ltd with a volume of 20,381,500 and price per share of 1.95 ( 0.09), Jah.Sidd. Co. with a volume 12,506,000 of price per share of 19.85 (0.35), Dewan Sui South Gas with a volume 11,234,500 of price per share of 43.70 (1.90).
The top three advancers were Ferozsons (Lab) with price per share 1079.87 (51.42), Mari Petroleum with price per share of 596.30 (27.40) and Highnoon (Lab) share of 484.94 (23.09).
The top three decliners were Nestle Pak with price per share of 7890.00 (-410.00), Indus Dyeing with price per share of 1045.00 (-55.00) and Island Textile per share of 703.00 (-37.00).
