KARACHI: On Thursday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 32990.93 with a positive change of 276.33 and volume of 41,461,450 shares.
High and Low were 33012.92 and 32714.60 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 69,112,400 shares with 269 total traded companies out of which 198 were up, 53 were down and 18 were unchanged.
OIL & GAS EXPLORATION COMPANIES was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 7,898,600 shares. It was followed by CEMENT with a total traded volume of 7,871,600 shares.
The three top traded companies were Sui North Gas with a volume of 4,276,000 and price per share of 26.84 ( 0.34), Byco Petroleum with a volume 4,008,000 of price per share of 21.99 (0.91), Oil & Gas Dev. with a volume 3,880,700 of price per share of 116.60 (3.12).
The top three advancers were Nestle Pak with price per share 7150.00 (150.00), Ferozsons (Lab) with price per share of 1078.00 (35.06) and Shezan Inter. share of 682.50 ( 32.50).
The top three decliners were Murree Brewery with price per share of 984.20 (-51.80), Abbott Lab. with price per share of 655.00 ( -8.00) and Premier Suger Mills per share of 150.00 (-7.04).
