KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed higher on Friday having 32777.04 points with a negative change of 332.50 and volume of 73,976,990 shares.
High and Low were 33176.72 and 32743.78 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 114,378,030 shares with 319 total traded companies out of which 100 were up 189 were down and 30 were unchanged.
COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 22,196,400 shares. It was followed by CEMENT with a total traded volume of 12,604,700 shares.
The three top traded companies were Pak Int.Bulk with a volume of 5,899,500 and price per share of 29.25 (0.55), D.G.K.Cement with a volume 3,732,100 of price per share of 141.90 (0.75), Amreli Steels L with a volume 2,940,500 of price per share of 61.29 ( 0.69).
The top three advancers were Ferozsons (Lab) with price per share 1093.13 ( 33.91), Sapphire Fiber with price per share of 779.50 (29.50) and Exide (PAK) share of 983.60 (27.60).
The top three decliners were Rafhan Maize with price per share of 8500.00 (-287.5), Nestle Pak with price per share of 7000.11 (-89.89) and Indus Dyeing share of 992.75 (-52.25).
