KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed higher on Monday having 32658.97 points with a negative change of -118.07 and volume of 90,926,780 shares.
High and Low were 32777.04 and 32490.25 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 90,926,780 shares with 318 total traded companies out of which 128 were up 162 were down and 28 were unchanged.
COMMERCIAL BANKS was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,169,700 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 8,926,700 shares.
The three top traded companies were Pak Elektron with a volume of 4,711,500 and price per share of 66.86 (0.20), Sui North Gas with a volume 4,436,000 of price per share of 26.75 (0.29), Aisha Steel Mill with a volume 3,294,500 of price per share of 9.24 ( 0.84).
The top three advancers were Nestle Pak with price per share 7250.00 ( 249.89), Hinopak Motor with price per share of 1030.23 (28.5) and Siemens Pak. share of 947.50 (21.99).
The top three decliners were Ferozsons (Lab) with price per share of 1055.75 (-37.38), Indus Dyeing with price per share of 959.47 ( -33.28) and Murree Brewery share of 970.00 (-32.74).
