KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed lower on Tuesday having 32265.65 points with a negative change of 54.40 and volume of 77,891,850 shares.
High and Low were 32330.19 and 32005.22respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 127,410,500 shares with 306 total traded companies out of which 81 were up 205 were down and 20 were unchanged.
CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 20,711,100 shares. It was followed by TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATION with a total traded volume of 19,796,000 shares.
The three top traded companies were Fauji Cement with a volume of 5,042,500 and price per share of 37.97 ( 0.28), D.G.K.Cement with a volume 4,923,400 of price per share of 153.54 (1.23), MapleLeafCement with a volume 4,169,500 of price per share of 81.29 ( 1.02).
The top three advancers were Hinopak Motor with price per share 1173.71 ( 47.34), Siemens Pak.SPOT with price per share of 880.00 ( 39.24) and Ghandhara Ind. share of 375.10 (17.86).
The top three decliners were Rafhan Maize with price per share of 8300.00 (-400.00), Mari Petroleum with price per share of 669.43 (-32.77) and Millat Tractors of 500.78 ( -23.57).
