Farooq SattarKARACHI: Deputy Convener and Parliamentary leader of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Dr Farooq Sattar, has said that the allegations made by Wikileaks holding MQM responsible for the May 12 incident in 2007 are baseless.

Addressing a press conference on Thursday, Farooq Sattar said that this is a conspiracy against Wikileaks to defame the MQM.

In an effort to clear MQM’s name from the blame Dr Farooq Sattar said, “The MQM was not involved in the May 12 incident.”

Farooq Sattar reinforced that 14 of their workers died that day.
