Parliamentarians will give the vote of confidence to President General Pervez Musharraf with the aim to further reforms his agenda for the country's development, hoped provincial ministers here on Wednesday.
Punjab Religious Affairs and Auqaf Minister Sahibzada Saeedul Hassan Shah, Zakat & Ushr Minister Khadim Hussein Wattoo and Advisor on promotion of religious harmony Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi said this in a joint statement.
The passage of the 17th Amendment Bill will strengthen democracy in the country and set it on the road to progress, observed the ministers.
The President's wise policies and decisions had not only enhanced the image of the country, but had also given economic stability to the country, they added.
