Juwar, yellow peas, and sugar were subjected to repeated revision while other commodities also fluctuated both ways. Sharp changes were not reflected as movement remained rather slow.
However, commodities undergoing changes were rice, guwar, juwar, yellow peas and dal yellow peas, castorseeds, gram, almond, plastic mouldings, Irri Punjab and Sindh, Irri white broken and cotton cakes.
KIRANA ITEMS: White pepper down Rs 800 to Rs 8400, mace down Rs 1000 to Rs 18000, small cardamom from Guatemala quoted at Rs 330 per kg, same item from Tanzania Rs 280 per kg, big cardamom down Rs 150 to Rs 1050, cloves down Rs 350 to 5800, peanuts down Rs 100 to Rs 1700, aniseed down Rs 300 to Rs 5100, cuminseed up Rs 300 to Rs 2200.
DRY FRUITS: almond Chaman rose sharply by Rs 800 to 2800, almond girdi up Rs 700 to Rs 2800, Raisin Sindhu Khani up Rs 400 to Rs 4400, and dates quoted at Rs 2000.
PLASTIC MOULDINGS: HDPE film Saudia 952 down 50 paisa to Rs 33, Mobil down same amount to Rs 33, TR144 down 25 paisa to Rs 33, HDPE injection Sabic 200056 down 75 paisa to Rs 30, Mobil 016 down same amount to Rs 30, and Thai lost 75 paisa to Rs 30, PP film Thai down 37 paisa to Rs 31.50.
Kuwait down same amount to Rs 31.50, and India down 37 paisa to Rs 31.50.
JUTE GOODS: Twine 20x3 Bawany brown up 25 paisa to Rs 31.75, 8x3 down Rs 2 to Rs 48, 40x2 Bawany down up by 50 paisa to Rs 29.50, and hessian 45x8 United was down Rs 75 to Rs 1100.
CHEMICALS: Sodium Sulphate up 10 paisa to Rs 8.30, Oxalic acid China up Rs 4 to Rs 42, and Citric acid China up Rs 2 to Rs 60, petroleum jelly down Re 1 to Rs 57.
Sulphonic acid soft up Rs 1.50 to Rs 62, PVA Japan up Rs 3 to Rs 150, Rangolite C Germany's down Rs 2 to Rs 133, Indian down Re 1 to Rs 64, hydrosulphite China 88 percent up Re 1 to Rs 51, and Germany's down same amount to Rs 69, acetic acid Taiwan up 50 paisa to Rs 45.50 and Korea's up Re 1 to Rs 53.
SKIMMED MILK: Germany's down Rs 100 to Rs 3800, Halla SMP down Rs 150 to Rs 3450, and full cream instant Kerry Gold down Rs 100 to Rs 3700.
RICE WHOLE: Basmati 386 new better dropped Rs 25 to Rs 1925, Irri White broken inferior up Rs 5 to Rs 870, and better down Rs 35 to Rs 890, dal yellow peas down Rs 10 to Rs 1420 and better quoted at Rs 1460, castorseeds Lasbela new up Rs 25 to Rs 675 and better up same amount to Rs 700, cotton cakes up Rs 3 to Rs 458 and better quoted at Rs 460.
Rapeseed inferior Nawabshah quoted at Rs 775 and better down Rs 10 to Rs 780, cakes (rapeseeds) down at Rs 260 and better down Rs 10 to Rs 265, juwar thrice showed changes and inferior was quoted last on Friday at Rs 715 and better at Rs 725, sugar sector was also revised more than once and quoted last at Rs 1635 and better at Rs 1675, gur inferior quoted at Rs 1250 and better at Rs 1650, and Khandsari inferior at Rs 1700 and better at Rs 2000.
Guwar revised twice to be last quoted inferior at Rs 1075 and better at Rs 1100, gram dal inferior quoted at Rs 1500 and better at Rs 1625, bajra up Rs 25 to Rs 850 and better at Rs 900.
Irri 9 Punjab whole up Rs 50 to Rs 1550 and better seen at Rs 1600 and Irri 6 Sindh inferior up Rs 1020 and better at Rs 1050, makai up Rs 25 to Rs 740 and better up Rs 30 to Rs 750.
FRIDAY'S: Teas from Kenya PF-1 A grade up Re 1 to Rs 195, B grade down Rs 2 to Rs 171, BP-1 A grade down Rs 2 to Rs 210, and B grade up Rs to Rs 202 and Dust A grade up Rs 5 to Rs 158.
Urad Punjab quoted at Rs 570 and Rs 590, barley Sindh and Multan up Rs 40 each to Rs 760.
Inferior sugar rose by Rs 5 to Rs 1640 and better gained Rs 15 to Rs 1690. Cotton cakes higher quoted at Rs 470.
SATURDAY'S: Cotton cakes quoted at Rs 465 to Rs 470, guwar all stations quoted higher at Rs 1125 and Rs 1150, Gram new quoted at Rs 1385 and 1405, gram dal quoted at Rs 1625 and Rs 150.
