Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE), Islamabad has clarified the reports published in a section of press that the Board is setting up examination centres outside the cities, away from the school and colleges where the students are studying.
The impression created by such reports is far from facts, the statement said, issued here on Friday.
A press release said: "It is notified for general information that examination centres will be established in schools/colleges nearest to the students' own alma mater.
A city or town where only one institution affiliated with the Federal Board is located the Board will set up that very school or college as its examination centre.
