The Lahore High Court (LHC), while issuing notice to SP CIA, has directed him to explain as to why they failed to take action against the elements involved in preparing forged documents of vehicles.
The court passed these orders during the course of proceedings on a petition filed by one Ijaz alias Goga, who approached the court for getting 'Superdari' of a vehicle.
The court, taking serious note of practice of preparing fake documents of vehicles, observed that the respondent government officials instead of taking action against the real culprits are disturbing the innocent citizens.
The court also directed the SP CIA to appear before the court and rose for the day.
