The Pakistan Cotton Fashion Apparel Manufacturers & Exporters Association has welcomed the decision of Ministry of Finance to extend SRO No. 410(1)12001 up to June 30.
According to a press release issued here, the association appreciated the co-operation and support of Commerce Minister Humayun Akhtar for accepting the humble request of the association conveyed to the government for extended the SRO.
The association, on behalf of executive committee and the general body, welcomed the decision.
The association was also hopeful that during the period of 6 months, the different problems which arise in connection with 'DTRE' scheme would be resolved.
The association also lauded the support of CBR at this critical stage of time and thanked President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Zafarullah Jamali for their support and their policies, especially for the textile and garments sector.
