Partly Facetious: the lesson from Kahuta round-up

"No, I can't. I mean in the US you can be sure of one of the two agencies, right, FBI or CIA. In the UK you have MI5 or MI6. But in Pakistan we have too many intelligence agencies.
The most feared..well, OK, let me rephrase that our most blamed agency is the ISI. Then we have an establishment agency, which not so surreptitiously does surveillance work. And then there is a CID."
"I would imagine the CID probably lacks funds. I think ISI maybe a good bet."
"Anyway, you didn't even ask me who were picked up."
"I know who. Five more staff working for the Khan Research Laboratories, praised by our entire country for making the Bomb were picked up, including Dr Qadeer Khan's secretary."
