District Co-ordination Officer (DCO), Karachi Mir Hussain Ali has taken strict notice of delay in construction of Grax Village-Mauripur road and recommended the suspension of District Officer (DO), Roads.
Referring the case to the City Nazim, the DCO said that the project contract was awarded four months back but because of negligence and lack of interest on part of the DO Roads, the same has suffered from delay and after digging of road, the work was left halfway causing problems to the people.
The DCO asked the EDO Works to immediately inspect the road and take steps for early construction of the road.
