The prize giving ceremony of Hewlett-Packards (HP) mega promotion of the year "Travel the World with HP Grand Lucky Draw 2003" was held recently in Lahore.
Muhammad Imran of TF Payphones Limited won the first prize of round the world air ticket. He will be flying over the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans during his trip.
The second prize was an HP PC Pavilion which was won by Abdul Rashid Hamza of Kodak Limited Pakistan. The third prize, an HP digital camera, went to Aftab Ahmed of Jilani General Store.
This mega promotion was built upon the success of the first HP Grand Lucky Draw 2002, in which the winner won a ticket to the final of the Cricket World Cup held in South Africa.
HP launched this mega promotion in August 2003. The suite of products applicable for this promotion were desktops, notebooks, handheld, LaserJets, DeskJet's, scanjets, multi-function printers as well as the consumables (cartridges) used in HP printers.-PR
