Exporting firm employee deprived of cash

An employee of a major exporting firm was deprived of Rs 35,000 by two armed dacoits on I.I. Chundrigar Road in broad day light on Thursday.
According to details, Moin al Haq, was waylaid by two armed men when he came out of a bank's branch after withdrawing substantial amount.
Moin said the dacoits, after snatching the money at gun point, escaped comfortably in a waiting car.
He said that the incident occurred under the nose of police and Rangers mobile pickets standing nearby, but he could not raise alarm because he was warned of dire consequences.
The incident has been reported to the Mithadar Police and a first information report (FIR) was registered.
