Punjab government has banned the entry of 58 Ulema, Zakireen and religious leaders in the revenue limits of Jhang district to maintain law and order.
The banned Ulema included: Mohammad Ahmed Qadri (Shujaabad), Abdul Ghafoor Haqani (Multan), Nafasat Hussain (Multan), Manzoor Ahmed Hijazi (Multan), Abdul Majeed Nadeem (D G Khan), Sultan Mahmood Zia (Multan), Mohammad Rafiq (Faisalabad), Sultan Mahmood Haidri (Faisalabad), Ata-ur-Rehman (Samundri), Mumtaz Kaliar (Jaranwala), Zahidul Qasmi (Faisalabad), Masood Azher (Bahawalpur). Abdus Sattar (Taunsvi), Abdur Rahim (Khanewal), Abdul Hameed and Zahid-ur-Rashdi of Guiranwala, Khuda Bakhsh of Lal Eisan district Liayah, Ali Sher Haidri (Khairpur Sindh).
