Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal (MMA) has no enmity or differences with Alliance for Restoration of Democracy (ARD) and it is ready to co-operate with it for the supremacy of the constitution, Parliament and restoration of true democracy and Islamic order in the country, said Liaquat Baloch, Provincial Amir of Jamaat-i-Islami Punjab/MMA.
He said that meeting of supreme council of MMA would be held on March 6 in Islamabad to set future strategy, to review Wana (South Waiziristan) Operation, visit of Jack Straw, the prevailing political and environmental situation in the country.
He reiterated his demand for declaring Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman as an opposition leader and allocation of seats for MMA member in opposition area.
Expressing his deep concern on the tragic incident in Quetta Baloch described it a failure of the government and law enforcing agencies.
He hinted that situation in Quetta was being deteriorated through a remote control from Afghanistan because Indian lobby had got complete control in Afghanistan on all institutions.
He said that Quetta incident was rebuttal to the claims of Musharraf government that it had ended the terrorism in the country.
Liaquat Baloch demanded for bringing the interior and exterior issues in the parliament for discussion and taking the parliament into confidence on national issues.
