A large number of trade union workers and representatives of 'Pakistan Workers Confederation' agitating against price spiral in the country, held protest outside Lahore Press Club on Friday.
The protestors also raised slogans against ever increasing unemployment level in the country. They demanded of the government to immediately nullify contract systems being introduced in the country.
Khurshid Ahmed, general secretary of the Confederation; Osama Tariq, Fazal-e-Wahid, general secretary Railway Union; Agha Badr-ul-Islam Abdali Pakistan Wapda Hydro Electric Central Labour Union and other leaders of labour unions took part in the protest.
